Guidelines
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 noon EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 12 noon EST will begin processing the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Overnight delivery on orders placed on Friday before 12 Noon EST will arrive on Monday.
All orders are FOB shipping point.
Unfortunately, at this time, LILLANANTA is unable to ship to destinations outside of the United States.

We offer both standard shipping & handling and express delivery for your LILLANANTA.com purchases.

Our Return Policy
LILLANANTA wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 7 business days of the date of your purchase. Only merchandise that has not been worn, altered and with all tags attached will be accepted. We will credit your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
You will be responsible for any returns or exchanges that are lost or damaged in transit to us. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges are subject to availability. If any item is unavailable, a refund will be processed. LILLANANTA reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
Return Procedures
Please complete the return/exchange portion of your [invoice/packing slip] and include it with your package. If you do not have the [invoice/packing slip], please include the following information with your return or exchange:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
- The item number of the merchandise, if available
- If an exchange, the name, size, color and item number, if available, of the merchandise you wish to receive in exchange

Clearance Items
Clearance items may not be returned.
Damaged/Defective Goods
At LILLANANTA, we are committed to selling only first quality merchandise. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
